Requirements
- 10 years of experience in the lighting/electrical or similar industry
- Successful track record of being a charismatic leader, team player, and motivator
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

- Business maturity and acumen
- P&L acumen with an understanding of how decisions affect financial results.
