About the role
- Partner with senior supply chain leaders to align people strategy with business objectives in Distribution and Sourcing
- Provide insights on workforce trends, labor dynamics, and organizational effectiveness to influence decision-making
- Lead organizational design initiatives to optimize structures, roles, and capabilities for scale and efficiency
- Collaborate with the Associate & Labor Relations COE to shape and execute labor strategies, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Influence leaders on employee relations approaches, escalation protocols, and proactive labor risk management
- Drive initiatives to attract, retain, and develop hourly talent across distribution centers and sourcing functions
- Champion Workplace culture and engagement programs
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews for supply chain functions
- Manage and develop a Senior HR Manager, ensuring strong execution of day-to-day HR support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred
- Located in the Atlanta or Chicago area
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partner or HR leadership role supporting supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution
- Proven labor relations expertise, including union negotiations, associate relations, and compliance
- Experience designing and executing hourly workforce development programs
- Strong organizational design, workforce planning, and change management skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders at multiple levels
- Financial and business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to operational outcomes
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
