About the role

  • Develop and execute the Atrius Wayfinder growth strategy across EMEA & APAC, targeting airports, airlines and key industry partners.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers and influencers within the aviation ecosystem (IT, Operations, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation teams).
  • Identify and qualify leads, then hand off viable opportunities to the sales teams to close deals and contribute to quarterly and annual targets.
  • Represent Acuity at aviation trade shows, conferences and partner events across the regions.
  • Build strategic relationships with airport authorities, government entities, consultants and system integrators in the aviation sector.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Account Management, Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to relay customer feedback and improve product-market fit.
  • Gather competitive intelligence.
  • Gradually expand business development activities to the full Acuity Intelligent Spaces portfolio.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in business development, sales or partnerships within the aviation sector.
  • Strong network across the aviation ecosystem in EMEA and APAC.
  • Excellent understanding of airport operations, passenger experience technologies or digital transformation initiatives in transport.
  • Proven track record of opening new markets and meeting ambitious sales targets.
  • Mandatory experience with SaaS.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with autonomy and the ability to work across multiple time zones.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages (French, Arabic, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
