Requirements
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
minimum of 9 years of related benefits experience
Working knowledge of retirement plans and health and welfare plans, leaves of absence and their compliance, and administration required.
Skilled in understanding benefit costs and financials
strong communication and negotiation skills
ability to manage third-party advisors to drive favorable benefits outcomes for Acuity.
12 years of experience preferred
