About the role
- Drive strategic growth, profitability, and operational excellence across digital retail channels
- Own account-level financial performance, strategic planning, and execution of ecommerce programs
- Optimize sales, margin, and process efficiency while fostering strong partnerships with retailers, vendors, and Amazon teams
- Manage Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central operations, including catalog optimization and pricing strategy
- Lead account strategy including merchant/vendor relationships and agency coordination
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce account management
- Preferred experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, including P&L ownership, forecasting, and performance metric tracking
- Expertise in Amazon advertising platforms (e.g., Sponsored Products, DSP) and marketplace optimization strategies
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with experience managing vendor relationships, agencies, and internal teams
