About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Program Manager in the management and execution of the AFCAP VI basic contract
- Act on behalf of the Program Manager in their absence
- Assist in maintaining the AFCAP Management Plan
- Oversee multiple task orders simultaneously
- Engage with the AFCAP Contracting Officer and Government Program Management Team
- Prepare executive reports and performance documentation
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Provide leadership and training to foster high performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current, active SECRET security clearance (verifiable)
- Two (2) years of program management experience within the last seven (7) years
- Expertise in Government appropriations, Engineering, Construction, Services, or Commodities
- Government acquisitions knowledge
- Management of multiple task orders of a magnitude greater than $400K
- Willingness to sign a Letter of Intent committing to this role
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership and coaching capabilities
