About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of a healthcare facility or clinical department
  • Provide direct clinical support, evaluate and treat complex patient cases
  • Supervise and mentor clinical staff, conduct performance reviews
  • Manage clinic budgets, resources, and daily operations, including payroll
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and ethical standards
  • Act as a liaison between staff, patients, families, and administration
  • Assess urgent health needs of patients, analyze data, and formulate care plans
  • Maintain integrity and security of privacy laws
  • Respond to inquiries using knowledge of established policies and procedures
  • Maintain professionalism, ethical standards and confidentiality of company information

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from a U.S. university or equivalent foreign medical school
  • Minimum of six years post-residency experience providing direct patient care as a board-certified/eligible physician in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Preventive Health
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in clinical supervision and leadership
  • Maintain current, full, and unrestricted licensure to practice medicine in the state of employment
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and certifications in Family Medicine or Pediatrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management systems (EHR, scheduling, inventory)
  • Ability to work in a stressful and fast-paced environment
  • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent verbal communication skills
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency, residing in the U.S. for 3 of the past 5 years
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Completion of all required training
