About the role
- Support senior managers in running a healthcare facility
- Schedule staff and assist with budgets
- Monitor compliance and coordinate daily operations
- Ensure adherence to government regulations and standards
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management of medical staff
- Manage budgets and monitor expenses
- Develop quality improvement, patient safety, and risk management programs
- Prepare for audits and support inspections
- Coordinate emergency medical response planning and drills
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Requirements
- Master’s degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration
- Knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management systems (EHR, scheduling, inventory)
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary clearances and credentials
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident, Resided in the US for 3 years in the past 5 years
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- CPR or BLS and First aid certification
