About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and compile complete Casper admissions assessments from scenarios, questions, and supporting content
  • Evaluate language, identify inconsistencies, balance competing considerations, and make decisions affecting applicant experience and assessment quality
  • Refine wording and structure to ensure scenarios and questions are clear, consistent, accessible, and free of ambiguity
  • Review how scenarios work together across complete assessments and identify gaps
  • Categorize scenarios and connect them to the human skills they measure
  • Coordinate recurring content review workflows and bring together perspectives from colleagues and subject matter experts
  • Ensure supporting materials and documentation are accurate, consistent, and ready for use
  • Explore AI and other tools to streamline repetitive tasks without compromising quality, fairness, or human judgment
  • Collaborate with researchers, writers, reviewers, psychometricians, scenario developers, production specialists, operations, and enablement partners
  • Contribute ideas to improve assessment compilation, review, content, tools, and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional written fluency in English and French
  • Strong written communication skills developed through professional experience where language mattered
  • Experience with teaching, curriculum development, instructional design, assessment, editing, academic publishing, content development, communications, or comparable language-focused work
  • Ability to recognize linguistic nuance, refine wording, preserve meaning and intent, and minimize ambiguity in English and French
  • Experience making careful decisions where judgment matters and no single obvious answer exists
  • Ability to weigh competing considerations and apply frameworks or guidelines consistently
  • Experience producing accurate, consistent, reliable, high-quality work while balancing competing priorities and recurring responsibilities
  • Experience reviewing complex documents, developing educational materials, editing content, conducting quality assurance, or coordinating detailed projects
  • Current hands-on use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or comparable tools
  • Judgment to determine when AI is useful, when it needs direction, and when human thinking must lead
  • Canadian residency and valid work authorization
  • Ability to manage recurring work, multiple priorities, and commitments reliably
