About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and audience needs.
- Translate product positioning and messaging into compelling campaign narratives.
- Lead strategy and execution for outbound email campaigns, including nurture programs, newsletters, and product updates.
- Develop segmentation strategies and optimize email performance through A/B testing and analytics.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve pipeline generation and influence.
- Partner with RevOps to refine attribution and reporting processes.
- Act as a key partner to Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
- Stay current with marketing tech trends and apply innovations to improve campaign performance.
- Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure accurate tracking in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Min 4 years of marketing experience, with a focus on campaign management and email marketing.
- Proven experience leveraging ABM technology (e.g., 6Sense, Common Room or similar) to run account-based campaigns.
- Experience in B2B SaaS required. HR Tech preferred.
- Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation and personalization across platforms like email, web, social, paid, community, etc.
- Excellent writing experience, with the ability to create concise value-based messaging that drives action tailored to specific audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions, citing evidence from marketing trends, KPIs and stakeholder feedback.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Experience with 6Sense, Gong, Outreach, WordPress, Asana or similar tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related communications field or relevant work experience.
