About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and grow Actylis’ full portfolio of excipients, APIs, and intermediates at new and existing customers.
  • Expand and advance the pipeline projects with assigned customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Conduct regular virtual meetings and occasional face-to-face meetings with customers.
  • Participate in customer Request for Quote (RFQ) processes and provide product quotations and pricing strategies.
  • Provide monthly sales reports, tracking sales and gross profit against budget targets.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 to 4 years’ experience in sales / business development of APIs, excipients, and intermediates to pharmaceutical manufacturers.
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficient use of Teams and SharePoint.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical Quality & Regulatory requirements.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including its challenges, regulations, and market dynamics.
