About the role

  • Represent ActivTrak as the technical SME for new business and expansion opportunities, applying product knowledge to address specific customer needs to win new business
  • Communicate the value proposition of ActivTrak's solutions through the technical lens, assisting business team partners with client facing engagements
  • Execute demonstrations, POCs, and free trial evaluations of the ActivTrak suite
  • Ensure the successful delivery of ActivTrak services by leveraging technical product knowledge to guide customers in the deployment and use of ActivTrak products, including throughout the trial process
  • Respond to RFPs and other client technical requests
  • Collaborate with senior team members to provide customer feedback and inform product development priorities

Requirements

  • 3 years' experience in a technical pre-sales function
  • Demonstrable history of successful SaaS or PaaS solution consulting
  • Excellent business acumen, and an ability to communicate across all levels of an organization
  • Strong active listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Experience conducting technical demonstrations and managing proof of concepts
