About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own relationships with global payroll partners, acting as the primary point of contact and leading regular operational and strategic reviews
- Work closely with Operations to monitor service performance, KPIs and SLAs
- Lead resolution of complex service issues and escalations, coordinating internal teams and partners
- Champion the payroll partner network internally across business initiatives and change programmes
- Use data and customer insight to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
- Support governance activities, including audits, compliance and risk management
- Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships, expand services and support business growth
- Help shape and evolve the global payroll partner network, including onboarding new partners and improving partner performance

What you’ll need- Experience managing outsourced payroll services, ideally across multiple countries or regions
- Strategic mindset balancing customer needs, operational delivery and commercial objectives
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication skills, including navigating difficult conversations and building trust
- Collaborative approach and passion for improving processes
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
