About the role

Processing payroll accurately and on time in line with service level agreements
Managing client accounts, responding to queries, and maintaining strong client relationships
Preparing payroll reports, statutory submissions, and ensuring compliance with local regulations
Coordinating with internal teams (e.g. Finance and IT) to ensure smooth payroll operations and system accuracy
Handling payroll changes, reconciliations, and banking administration with proper controls
Supporting system updates, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring statutory changes are reflected
Ensuring invoicing accuracy, and supporting renewals
Initiate and attending monthly governance calls or meetings with clients to discuss areas for improvement, if any

Have good knowledge of Malaysian payroll processes, statutory requirements, and labour laws
Have similar field ie. Payroll /Outsourcing environment experience for at least two (2) years and above.
Demonstrate high attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet tight deadlines
Be proactive, responsive, and able to manage multiple client accounts effectively
Communicate confidently and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
Show good problem-solving skills and know when to escalate issues appropriately
Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of integrity
Be collaborative, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement in service delivery
