About the role
- You’ll be hands on managing your own client portfolio, processing end to end Australian payrolls, importing payroll information into our payroll software and maintaining payroll records
- As this is a busy bureau role, your portfolio will be varied with a range of weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for clients with small headcounts, up to large corporate organisations
- You’ll be the focal point for your clients, managing any queries they might have and giving them fantastic customer support
- You’ll have an eye on service delivery, looking out for opportunities for us to make improvements to our processes and procedures that can support the ongoing development of the team
- You’ll ensure that we are diligent and compliant with record keeping, keeping our client payroll manuals up to date and ensuring that manual checks and calculations are accurate and that we are compliant with Data Protection regulations
Requirements
- Hands on experience in processing Australian payroll, with good knowledge of payroll related legislation, taxation rules and superannuation requirements
- Customer focussed with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Great numerical skills with a strong emphasis on quality and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks with a focus on service delivery
