Marketing Associate
ActiveViamMarketing Associate at ActiveViam executing digital marketing campaigns and supporting field marketing activities. Collaborating with teams to leverage AI tools in reaching target audiences effectively.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across email, paid, social, and web, end to end
- Support field marketing activities: events, webinars, roundtables, and industry sponsorships
- Use AI tools (think: Claude, Gamma, Semrush, Jasper and whatever's emerging) to accelerate content creation, campaign ideation, and reporting
- Work with our CRM and marketing automation stack to build nurture journeys and track performance
- Create compelling assets - landing pages, social copy, email sequences, ad creatives - with an eye for both writing and design
- Bring fresh ideas on how we reach our audience: don't be afraid to suggest the unconventional
- Track metrics that matter and turn data into insights the team can act on
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and senior marketing to align on pipeline goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years in a B2B marketing role (tech, fintech, or SaaS preferred)
- Genuinely excited about AI: You've already been experimenting with tools to work smarter
- Strong digital marketing fundamentals: Paid ads, SEO basics, email marketing, and analytics
- A creative instinct paired with analytical rigour: You can write a headline and read a dashboard
- Excellent written English and a natural communicator
- Comfortable working autonomously and juggling multiple projects
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar MarTech (Bonus)
- Familiarity with the financial services or trading technology landscape (Bonus)
- A side project, newsletter, or personal brand that shows you walk the talk (Bonus)
