About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You support controlling and reporting, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports, analyze revenue, margins, cost structures and profitability, and develop informative management dashboards and KPI systems.
- You contribute to budget and forecast processes and prepare business cases and profitability analyses.
- You analyze product margins and contribution margins, manage marketing and promotions budgets, monitor supply chain, production and logistics costs, and keep track of pricing strategies and trade margins.
- You further develop controlling processes and reporting structures, optimize ERP and BI systems, and implement automated reporting solutions to increase efficiency.
- You work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and executive management, take responsibility for the financial evaluation of new products, markets and distribution channels, and support investment decisions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You hold a degree in business administration and have several years of experience in controlling, ideally within the FMCG sector.
- You can present complex data clearly for management and demonstrate strong communication skills as well as a pronounced business-partner mindset.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems (Infor is an advantage) and very strong Excel skills.
- You bring entrepreneurial thinking, advanced analytical skills, a structured approach to work and a hands-on mentality.
- You have business-fluent German and proficient English.
