About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will support accounts payable by processing supplier invoices and travel expenses, managing incoming and outgoing payments, and preparing weekly payment runs.
You will resolve and reconcile open items, post barter transactions, and ensure accurate account reconciliations.
You will support accounts receivable and dunning processes, handling incoming payment reminders and dunning notices.
You will contribute to monthly closings, particularly provisions, accruals and account maintenance, and assist with VAT-related matters such as advance VAT returns.
You will independently manage key account customers and take responsibility for the entire process from incoming and outgoing invoices to reconciliation of open items.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed commercial or tax-related vocational training or a degree in business administration.
Several years of accounting experience, with experience in both accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Strong understanding of ERP systems (Infor is an advantage) and very good Excel skills.
Structured working style, ability to work independently, and a proactive, hands-on mentality.
Business-fluent German and good command of English.
