About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Master Data Management & Data Quality: You create new customer records in the ERP system, maintain and update existing customer master data, and ensure high data quality through regular quality checks.
- Inside Sales & Sales Support: You support our sales team in day-to-day activities and prepare presentations, analyses, and summaries.
- Communication & Activation: You create and send targeted customer newsletters in coordination with Key Account Managers and Trade Marketing, actively contributing to customer retention and activation.
- Sales Order Management & Order Processing: You handle internal and employee orders from order entry to invoicing in the system and provide cover for Sales Order Management during absences.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master Data Management & System Knowledge: You have experience in master data management and maintaining customer master data, and are proficient with ERP systems.
- Tools & Analytical Skills: You have excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel, and experience in data analysis, quality assurance, and process documentation.
- Understanding of Sales Processes: You have a good understanding of sales processes and related commercial procedures and can apply them confidently in daily work.
- Structured Approach & Quality Focus: You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner with high precision and a strong commitment to quality.
- Communication & Collaboration: You demonstrate strong communication skills, excellent cross-functional interface competence, teamwork, and a high level of service and customer orientation.
- Mindset & Personal Responsibility: You work proactively, reliably, and responsibly, and maintain an overview even when handling multiple topics simultaneously.
