About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will support controlling and reporting, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports, analyze revenue, margins, cost structures and profitability, and develop meaningful management dashboards and KPI systems.
You will contribute to budget and forecast processes and prepare business cases and profitability analyses.
You will analyze product margins and contribution margins, manage marketing and promotions budgets, monitor supply chain, production and logistics costs, and keep an eye on pricing strategies and trade margins.
You will further develop controlling processes and reporting structures, optimize ERP and BI systems, and implement automated reporting solutions to increase efficiency.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Executive Management, perform financial evaluations of new products, markets and sales channels, and support investment decisions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have a degree in business administration and several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in the FMCG sector.
You are able to present complex data in a clear and accessible way for management and demonstrate strong communication skills as well as a pronounced business-partner mindset.
Deep understanding of ERP systems (Infor is a plus) and advanced Excel skills.
You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical abilities, a structured way of working and a hands-on mentality.
Business-fluent German and strong English skills.
