About the role
- Manage and grow a portfolio of national accounts while actively prospecting new business opportunities.
- Develop integrated client strategies across print, digital, trade shows, and marketing services to maximize revenue potential.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs and market opportunities.
- Provide ongoing client support, resolve challenges, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Track and report sales activity using CRM systems (Salesforce/Naviga).
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in media sales with a track record of exceeding goals.
- Strong knowledge of the housing and home improvement markets.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and familiarity with sales enablement tools and Microsoft suite of products.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.
