About the role

  • Conduct active prospecting (100% outbound) of new leads across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, chat)
  • Make initial contact with leads to map needs and pain points
  • Qualify leads using criteria such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing)
  • High daily activity volume, including dozens of calls and personalized outreach
  • Ability to map contacts within the buying committee
  • Create and execute multichannel prospecting cadences
  • Schedule meetings for sales executives with qualified leads
  • Keep the CRM organized and up to date with accurate data
  • Handle objections and overcome barriers during outreach
  • Monitor metrics and performance indicators, continuously seeking process optimization
  • Conduct market research to identify new segments and business opportunities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in B2B outbound prospecting, preferably in the technology sector (e.g., ERP, CRM, BI, tax solutions and other systems)
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN, BANT, GPCT
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage a high volume of accounts and daily activities
  • Goal- and results-oriented profile
  • Ability to map stakeholders in the buying committee
  • Proactivity, dynamism, active listening and resilience
  • Energy, enthusiasm and persistence to achieve goals
  • Ability to work in an organized manner in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
  • Curiosity and the ability to quickly learn about different businesses and market segments
