About the role
- Administer and ensure the operation of IT infrastructure (network, notebooks — around 80 machines, cloud telephony, inventory, access control, etc.)
- Manage cloud environments (Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Oracle, etc.)
- Manage access, devices and corporate tools for on-site and remote employees
- Lead onboarding and offboarding processes related to infrastructure
- Administer VPNs, firewalls, identity solutions and endpoint monitoring
- Manage Microsoft 365 licenses
- Control IT assets, including equipment stock, inventory, movements, allocations and returns
- Ensure records of assets, contracts, warranties and company equipment are up to date and traceable
- Handle medium- and high-complexity incidents with autonomy for technical decisions
- Support information security practices, governance and IT documentation
- Interact with vendors, partners and internal teams
Requirements
- Located in Itajubá, MG, Brazil
- Previous experience as an Infrastructure Analyst or in a similar role
- Knowledge of cloud environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of networks, VPNs, firewalls and access management
- Hardware knowledge (notebooks, networking, etc.)
- Organized, proactive, and strong communication skills
