About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • This is a remote-first position and can be performed from anywhere within the USA.
  • Drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across mid-market and enterprise organizations.
  • Engage directly with IT Directors, Security Leaders, Infrastructure teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Position Action1’s patch management and endpoint security platform as a strategic solution.
  • Successfully sell cybersecurity or adjacent IT solutions into enterprise accounts.
  • Enjoy building pipelines as much as closing.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience in SaaS, IT infrastructure, or cybersecurity
  • Proven track record in both new business (hunter) and account management (farmer) roles
  • Strong experience selling into mid-market or enterprise organizations
  • Experience engaging IT stakeholders (IT Managers, SysAdmins, Security teams, Infrastructure leaders)
  • Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and close complex deals
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional European language
  • Strong forecasting discipline and experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder, longer sales cycles
  • Excellent discovery, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • Self-starter with a “go-getter” mentality and high level of ownership
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
