About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with the Talent Manager and the wider Talent team to develop and deliver talent initiatives across the organisation.
- Help turn strategic ideas into practical frameworks, tools, and solutions that support employees in our stores, distribution centres, and offices.
- Coordinate projects, work with International HR Managers and other stakeholders, and help keep initiatives on track.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates, while maintaining project documentation and supporting talent topics such as learning, performance management, succession planning, and career development.
- Look for opportunities to improve processes and make development simple and effective.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Change Management, or a related field
- +5 years of experience in HR, Talent, Learning & Development, or a related role
- Knowledge of talent management, learning, performance management, change and people development
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with experience creating executive presentations, reports, dashboards and stakeholder communications)
- The ability to analyse information and provide practical recommendations
- Experience preparing presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications
- Strong communication skills in English
- A proactive, collaborative mindset.
