About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work closely with the Talent Manager and the wider Talent team to develop and deliver talent initiatives across the organisation.
  • Turn strategic ideas into practical frameworks, tools, and solutions that support employees in stores, distribution centres, and offices.
  • Coordinate projects, work with International HR Managers and other stakeholders, and help keep initiatives on track.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates while maintaining project documentation.
  • Support talent topics such as learning, performance management, succession planning, and career development.
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes and make development simple and effective.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Change Management, or a related field
  • +5 years of experience in HR, Talent, Learning & Development, or a related role
  • Knowledge of talent management, learning, performance management, change and people development
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with experience creating executive presentations, reports, dashboards and stakeholder communications)
  • The ability to analyse information and provide practical recommendations
  • Experience preparing presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset
