About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Owns and resolves complex, high impact challenges in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
Defines and drives Real Estate category strategies aligned to business priorities and growth objectives
Leads and continuously improves end-to-end sourcing and supplier ecosystems, optimizing value, risk, performance, and scalability
Holds full accountability for key Real Estate categories, including store construction, contracting, equipment, shopfitting, and utilities
Drives competitive tender processes and structures commercial models to maximize business value
Leads high stakes negotiations and manages contract lifecycles, balancing cost, quality, innovation, and compliance
Elevates supplier performance through structured governance and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g. Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business)
At least 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment
Experience with contract and supplier management
Experience managing multi-million spend
Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; proactive and business-oriented
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a strong plus.
