About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execution and assurance of timely and accurate payroll processing
- Point of contact for employment, social security and payroll tax matters, and providing technical support to employees and managers
- Processing statutory notifications and maintaining regular contact with authorities and agencies
- Preparation of required reports and analyses (internal and external)
- Contributing to the optimization of payroll processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years' professional experience in a comparable position
- Solid knowledge of payroll processes and Austrian employment law (collective agreement for the retail sector preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Experience with SAP (PCC, ECP, SuccessFactors/SF)
- Independent, efficient and solution-oriented work style
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
