About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You act as a trusted analytical partner for senior stakeholders across the business.
- You structure ambiguous, high-level questions into concrete analytical problems and guide them towards actionable recommendations.
- You define hypotheses, perform analyses across multiple data sources and translate this into a clear strategic narrative for senior and executive stakeholders (incl. CEO/CFO).
- You lead analytics projects end‑to‑end from problem statement to insights and recommendation.
- You translate business needs into analytical approaches, co‑design use cases with stakeholders and ensure that analytics efforts are prioritized based on business value.
- Your work directly supports strategic projects, performance tracking, and ad‑hoc deep dives that influence decision making at executive level.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Strategy, Analytics or a quantitative/technical field
- >5 years of relevant working experience in strategy, analytics, consulting or a similar role
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and BI tools
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into structured analytical approaches
- Experience with performance analysis, root cause analysis and impact assessments
- Strong communication skills and experienced in engaging with senior stakeholders
- Team player with a proactive, result oriented and cost conscious mindset
- Excellent in Dutch and English
