About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

responsible for the consistent and correct execution of transactional HR processes
central point of contact for your countries
combine operational leadership with a sharp eye for process improvement and stakeholder management
lead your team with clarity and create an environment for development and excellence
coach, motivate and provide constructive feedback — both on performance and personal growth
monitor the quality and consistency of HR processes across all countries
identify bottlenecks, initiate improvements and ensure work documentation is up to date
manage improvement projects within HR Services and act as the central point of contact for the business, HR process owners, Risk and IT
collaborate with experts to ensure new developments are implemented smoothly

Requirements

What you’ll need

A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration or HR
More than 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an international environment
Experience in leading operational teams
Knowledge of digital HR transactional processes; experience with HR cloud solutions, preferably SuccessFactors, is an advantage
Excellent command of both English and Dutch (oral and written)
