About the role
- responsible for the consistent and correct execution of transactional HR processes
- central point of contact for your countries
- combine operational leadership with a sharp eye for process improvement and stakeholder management
- lead your team with clarity and create an environment for development and excellence
- coach, motivate and provide constructive feedback — both on performance and personal growth
- monitor the quality and consistency of HR processes across all countries
- identify bottlenecks, initiate improvements and ensure work documentation is up to date
- manage improvement projects within HR Services and act as the central point of contact for the business, HR process owners, Risk and IT
- collaborate with experts to ensure new developments are implemented smoothly
Requirements
- A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration or HR
- More than 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an international environment
- Experience in leading operational teams
- Knowledge of digital HR transactional processes; experience with HR cloud solutions, preferably SuccessFactors, is an advantage
- Excellent command of both English and Dutch (oral and written)
