About the role

  • responsible for the consistent and correct execution of transactional HR processes
  • central point of contact for your countries

  • monitor the quality and consistency of HR processes across all countries
  • identify bottlenecks, initiate improvements and ensure work documentation is up to date
  • manage improvement projects within HR Services and act as the central point of contact for the business, HR process owners, Risk and IT
  • collaborate with experts to ensure new developments are implemented smoothly

Requirements

  • A completed bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration or HR
  • More than 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an international environment
  • Experience in leading operational teams
  • Knowledge of digital HR transactional processes; experience with HR cloud solutions, preferably SuccessFactors, is an advantage
  • Excellent command of both English and Dutch (oral and written)
