About the role

  • Lead a team of experts focused on efficient and controlled financial Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
  • Ensure that a financial process model, supported by high-quality process documentation is in place
  • Coordinate the implementation of the Risk Control Framework relative to financial processes
  • Monitor process performance based on a set of KPIs that you design + maintain
  • Drive process redesign initiatives, addressing the impact on systems and taking responsibility for business change
  • Focus area includes source to pay process improvement for non-commercial purchasing with the use of Ariba & VIM

Requirements

  • Educated at master’s degree level and subsequently obtained an executive master’s degree, e.g. as a chartered accountant or chartered controller
  • At least 10 years in roles such as financial or business controller, auditor or consultant, process expert, project manager or in business facing technology positions delivering significant changes in large organizations
  • Operational or advisory role in the S2P domain, for example as an AP manager or S2P consultant in a finance transformation
  • Certifications in project management (Prince2 foundation level) and process improvement (Lean Six Sigma green belt level)
  • Knowledge of the SAP product suite supporting financial processes, financial processes, audit, risk management and internal control practices
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written and comfortable engaging with and presenting to senior management.
