About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive day-to-day accounting operations for assigned associations
- Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, budgeting, audits, and banking transactions

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and proven ability to prepare and interpret financial statements
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- HOA experience is preferred
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
