About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process accounts receivable and collections activities for multiple associations.
  • Post late charges, review accounts, process pre liens, liens, lien releases and attorney packs.
  • Perform preparation and detailed review of delinquency reports and collection activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required. College degree in accounting or related field strongly preferred, or 5+ years of related experience.
  • 2+ years of accounting, accounts receivable, or cash posting experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to research and resolve discrepancies independently
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), Adobe Acrobat, and accounting systems. Experience with CINC is a plus
  • Strong Excel proficiency preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Power BI experience preferred
  • Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
