Key responsibilities & impact

Process accounts receivable and collections activities for multiple associations.
Post late charges, review accounts, process pre liens, liens, lien releases and attorney packs.
Perform preparation and detailed review of delinquency reports and collection activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or equivalent is required. College degree in accounting or related field strongly preferred, or 5+ years of related experience.
2+ years of accounting, accounts receivable, or cash posting experience preferred
Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Ability to research and resolve discrepancies independently
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), Adobe Acrobat, and accounting systems. Experience with CINC is a plus
Strong Excel proficiency preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Power BI experience preferred
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
