About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate air import shipments with origin agents;
Monitor processes end-to-end, from cargo pickup abroad to arrival in Brazil;
Maintain constant communication with international agents, airlines, clients and other service providers involved in the operation;
Send shipment status follow-ups to clients;
Issue and send pre-alerts and shipment confirmations;
Perform documentary checks for import processes, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, House AWB and Master AWB;
Create, enter and update processes in the corporate system;
Ensure accurate entry of operational and documentary information;
Act to resolve incidents and support other areas involved in the operational flow;
Perform other tasks related to the role.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in air import operations
Knowledge of foreign trade operational flows and international logistics
Experience monitoring international shipments from start to finish
Experience in documentary checking of import processes
Experience with system entries and operational controls
Intermediate English, with ability to communicate verbally and in writing, including telephone contact with international agents
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
