Requirements

  • Solid background in operations, process improvement, project management, or consulting
  • Proven track record of implementing large-scale process improvements in tough industrial environments

  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and pushing for meaningful change in the face of resistance
  • Proven experience in high-accountability and fast-paced environments (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, industrial operations, process improvement)
  • Experience in Lean or OKR consulting and delivering results and real impact required
  • Fluency in Spanish and English mandatory; French and German highly valued
