About the role

  • Identify and profile "Ideal Customer Profile" (ICP) accounts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Monitor "Trigger Events" (job changes, funding rounds, news) and alert the SDR team to outreach opportunities.
  • Conduct "Deep Dives" on strategic accounts to map out decision-makers and their pain points.
  • Assist in building multi-channel outreach sequences (Email, Phone, Social).
  • Manage the "Top of Funnel" hygiene, ensuring no inbound lead sits untouched for more than 5 minutes.
  • Draft personalized "snippets" for high-value prospects to help full-time SDRs scale their personalization.
  • Maintain a "Battle Card" library by researching competitor updates and market shifts.
  • Assist the Senior Director in preparing weekly performance decks for executive leadership.
  • Coordinate follow-up cadences for webinars and trade shows to ensure maximum ROI on marketing spend.
  • Assist in creating custom AI workflows for the SDR team to help automate manual tasks like: account research, prospecting and email execution.
  • Analyze a specific segment of our outreach data or a competitive market shift to develop a "GTM Optimization Plan," which you will present as your final project during the Internship Showcase.

Requirements

  • Must be actively enrolled in a college degree program
