About the role
- Identify and profile "Ideal Customer Profile" (ICP) accounts using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
- Monitor "Trigger Events" (job changes, funding rounds, news) and alert the SDR team to outreach opportunities.
- Conduct "Deep Dives" on strategic accounts to map out decision-makers and their pain points.
- Assist in building multi-channel outreach sequences (Email, Phone, Social).
- Manage the "Top of Funnel" hygiene, ensuring no inbound lead sits untouched for more than 5 minutes.
- Draft personalized "snippets" for high-value prospects to help full-time SDRs scale their personalization.
- Maintain a "Battle Card" library by researching competitor updates and market shifts.
- Assist the Senior Director in preparing weekly performance decks for executive leadership.
- Coordinate follow-up cadences for webinars and trade shows to ensure maximum ROI on marketing spend.
- Assist in creating custom AI workflows for the SDR team to help automate manual tasks like: account research, prospecting and email execution.
- Analyze a specific segment of our outreach data or a competitive market shift to develop a "GTM Optimization Plan," which you will present as your final project during the Internship Showcase.
Requirements
- Must be actively enrolled in a college degree program
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
