About the role
- Advising managers on employment law and HR-related matters
- Providing strategic and operational HR support to a defined business unit on all personnel-related topics
- Close cooperation with works councils and active participation in shaping works agreements
- Drafting and processing employment-law documents such as employment contracts, contract amendments, warnings, and terminations
- Handling administrative HR tasks, with a focus on managing the digital personnel file and document management
- Participating in HR optimization projects
Requirements
- A degree in business administration or economics with a specialization in human resources
- Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable position
- Strong knowledge of employment law and works council/works constitution law
- Experience collaborating with works councils and applying collective bargaining agreements
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP
