About the role

  • Installation and administration of the client environment, including on-site support
  • User support for software and hardware issues
  • Analysis and resolution of incidents in the Windows environment and documentation in the ticketing system
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of our Windows client environment
  • Setup and maintenance of our telecommunications environment
  • Supporting compliance with IT security policies in day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in IT, a degree in computer science, or an equivalent qualification
  • Practical experience in IT support, ideally with Windows clients and common Office applications
  • Enjoyment in working with people and a strong service orientation
  • Independent, solution-oriented working style and the ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with technical issues and collaborate with specialist departments
  • Fluent German and basic English skills, both spoken and written
  • Valid Class B driving licence and willingness to undertake occasional on-site assignments
