About the role
- Installation and administration of the client environment, including on-site support
- User support for software and hardware issues
- Analysis and resolution of incidents in the Windows environment and documentation in the ticketing system
- Contributing to the ongoing development of our Windows client environment
- Setup and maintenance of our telecommunications environment
- Supporting compliance with IT security policies in day-to-day operations
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT, a degree in computer science, or an equivalent qualification
- Practical experience in IT support, ideally with Windows clients and common Office applications
- Enjoyment in working with people and a strong service orientation
- Independent, solution-oriented working style and the ability to work well in a team
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with technical issues and collaborate with specialist departments
- Fluent German and basic English skills, both spoken and written
- Valid Class B driving licence and willingness to undertake occasional on-site assignments
