About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and field Account Operations support requests for the thousands of campaigns and organizations using ActBlue’s tools.
- Act as a resource within ActBlue to resolve Account Operations requests from across departments within the organization.
- Process incoming tickets and related Account Operations workflows (e.g., wire transfer setups and positive pay exceptions) while exercising some independent judgment in scheduling and prioritizing work.
- Escalate complex judgment calls to appropriate stakeholders within ActBlue as necessary.
- Aid campaign and organization finance staff with the reconciliation of financial reports.
- Support campaign and organization admins through the account setup process, all while keeping records organized.
- Assist in the monitoring and development of automated systems and workflows.
- May support supplementary projects as assigned, ensuring timely and efficient completion in line with organizational objectives and standards.
Requirements

- Comfort working with technology and learning new systems, with an eye toward creative problem-solving
- Familiarity working with both repetitive tasks and fast-paced workflows (including wire setups and general ActBlue account settings, maintenance, and reconciliation)
- Ability to effectively prioritize and structure your work day in a changing environment
- Ability to work thoughtfully through ambiguity with a commitment toward meeting shared goals
- History of taking ownership for your work and engaging in self-reflection when you make mistakes
