About the role
- In this role you will: An Accounts Receivable Specialist at Actabl ensures billing is processed efficiently and accurately, investigates any banking discrepancies, conducts daily bank reconciliations, verifies that payments are processed on accounts with terms, and informs the customers about the receipt of payments. Typical Functions: Creates and sends customer invoices. Collects on invoices and posts cash accordingly. Monitors at-risk accounts to ensure potential problems are accounted for. Reconciles and resolves customer claims and disputes and escalates problems as necessary. Manages delinquent customer accounts and portfolios. Produces and provides customer account reports to management. Communicates with customers and internal team on billing matters, as needed. Perform related audits or analyses, as needed. Other related duties or functions, as required.
Requirements

- Experience with Excel and ERP / CRM systems is required
