About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide field oversight support for the Natural Resources Management (NRM) Enterprise Safe Access Program (ESAP)
Perform access road inspections in the field
Complete desktop reviews of assigned inspection areas
Field collect spatial data within the approved GIS platform
Complete inspection reports which include a narrative description of current road conditions
Oversee contractors performing access road construction and/or maintenance work
Conduct safety engagements and report any safety hazards

Requirements

What you’ll need

A two-year degree in Forestry, Horticulture, Arboriculture, Environmental Studies, Conservation, Natural Resources, or related fields AND/OR
Two years’ experience in line clearance tree pruning work or Forestry Management work or equivalent as determined by the PG&E Representative
Familiar with arboriculture techniques and practices
Proficiency with Microsoft Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook] or similar software suite
Possess a valid driver’s license
