About the role
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound calls and emails
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport, providing technical information, and preparing quotations
- Handle customer and partner inquiries related to quotes, pricing, and technical requests; qualify projects based on needs
- Collaborate positively with customers, Acronis partners, and distributors to support the full sales cycle
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners based on a solid understanding of Acronis technology, products, and services
- Team up with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals across Eastern Europe
- Work closely with distributors, Acronis Sales Managers, and Sales Engineers to ensure successful deal closure
- Understand customer needs and requirements to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in a cybersecurity or IT solutions company
- Demonstrated sales experience with channel and end-customer engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and persistence in follow-ups
- Ability to clearly articulate product features and confidently address customer questions
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred
- Ability to make 30+ outbound calls daily
- Reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable team player
- Fluent in English
- Hungarian and Czech are nice to have
