About the role

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound calls and emails
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, building rapport, providing technical information, and preparing quotations
  • Handle customer and partner inquiries related to quotes, pricing, and technical requests; qualify projects based on needs
  • Collaborate positively with customers, Acronis partners, and distributors to support the full sales cycle
  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners based on a solid understanding of Acronis technology, products, and services
  • Team up with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals across Eastern Europe
  • Work closely with distributors, Acronis Sales Managers, and Sales Engineers to ensure successful deal closure
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a cybersecurity or IT solutions company
  • Demonstrated sales experience with channel and end-customer engagement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and persistence in follow-ups
  • Ability to clearly articulate product features and confidently address customer questions
  • Strong closing and negotiation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred
  • Ability to make 30+ outbound calls daily
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable team player
  • Fluent in English
  • Hungarian and Czech are nice to have
