About the role

  • Partner Identification & Recruitment: Proactively identify and target ISVs that align with our data protection and security technology offerings, focusing on complementary software solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at ISV organizations, effectively communicating the value proposition of partnering with our company.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Collaborate with ISVs to structure partnership agreements, including licensing, integration, and co-marketing terms, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Onboarding & Enablement: Guide new ISV partners through the onboarding process, providing technical and business support to ensure seamless integration of our solutions into their platforms.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities and refine recruitment strategies.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to align partnership initiatives with company goals and ensure partner success.
  • Event Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential ISV partners and promote our solutions.

Requirements

  • Vast experience in IT Alliance Management and OEM sales
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and services
  • Proven track record of successful ISV/OEM recruitment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Strong closing sales skills, knows how to create the need and urgency
  • Strong soft skills: good listener, knows how to build rapport, communication, understands needs
  • Knows how to create and manage a pipeline, works independently
  • Knows how to prioritize daily tasks: leads, opportunities, activities
  • Thinks outside of the box and uses additional channels to close more deals: LinkedIn, other social media, Distribution channel, AI
  • Knows the market: top ISVs who would benefit from Acronis technology
  • Knows main market players/Acronis competitors and their strong/weak sides
