About the role
- Support clients with policy servicing needs, including applications, endorsements, certificates, and billing inquiries
- Review new and renewal policies to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Process and manage insurance documentation, including ACORD forms
- Maintain accurate and up to date client records within the agency management system
- Document all client interactions and activities within internal systems
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal partners via phone and email
- Assist with renewal processing and collection of required underwriting information
- Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and applicable regulations
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient and accurate account servicing
Requirements
- Previous experience in an insurance servicing, customer service, or call center role within the insurance industry required
- Hands on experience working with ACORD forms is mandatory
- Working knowledge of property and casualty insurance concepts and terminology
- Experience with Applied EPIC or similar agency management systems is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience supporting policy servicing, endorsements, or renewals is preferred
