About the role
- Process payroll accurately and timely for assigned clients using Paycor.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Maintain payroll records and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide exceptional client support and respond to payroll inquiries.
- Assist with onboarding new clients as the role expands.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of payroll processing experience; Paycor experience required.
- Familiarity with multi-state payroll compliance and tax regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in payroll software, Paycor, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
