About the role

  • Drive revenue growth and expand customer base across transportation, critical infrastructure, manufacturing and security verticals.
  • Identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and represent the ComNet brand with technical excellence.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business with integrators, distributors, consultants, and end users.
  • Present and promote ComNet solutions via product demos, presentations, and trade shows.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of ComNet's product portfolio and understand customer-specific needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure tailored solutions and post-sale support.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular forecasts and reporting.
  • Represent ComNet by Acre Security at industry events and build long-term customer partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial or network infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of ethernet technologies (Ethernet, fiber optics, PoE, wireless).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and growing market share.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel regionally (up to 50%) to meet with clients, attend events, and conduct site visits.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Technical aptitude or background in electronic security is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
