Key responsibilities & impact
  • Write and ship production code daily — you are an active contributor.

  • Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing sessions, and design discussions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of software engineering
  • Strong engineering fundamentals (testing, CI/CD, architecture)
  • Strong backend expertise: APIs, HTTP, Databases, MVC
  • M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
