About the role
- Design and own the global enablement roadmap.
- Personally facilitate high-impact training sessions, bootcamps, and workshops.
- Champion for Value Selling methodology.
- Partner with Product Marketing to enable the field on Acquia’s expanding portfolio.
- Drive a culture of accountability and inspect training adoption.
- Manage a robust sales certification program and ensure readiness for the field.
- Audit and streamline sales assets and ensure discoverability.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Sales Enablement or Sales Leadership, with 3+ years managing global teams.
- Direct experience in mid-market to enterprise SaaS/PaaS sales.
- Personal experience closing $100k+ deals.
- Experience in high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in Value Selling (or similar frameworks).
