About the role

  • Design and own the global enablement roadmap.
  • Personally facilitate high-impact training sessions, bootcamps, and workshops.
  • Champion for Value Selling methodology.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to enable the field on Acquia’s expanding portfolio.
  • Drive a culture of accountability and inspect training adoption.
  • Manage a robust sales certification program and ensure readiness for the field.
  • Audit and streamline sales assets and ensure discoverability.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Sales Enablement or Sales Leadership, with 3+ years managing global teams.
  • Direct experience in mid-market to enterprise SaaS/PaaS sales.
  • Personal experience closing $100k+ deals.
  • Experience in high-growth environments.
  • Deep expertise in Value Selling (or similar frameworks).
