About the role
- Input, update, and maintain accurate product and operational data across marketplaces.
- Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing multiple sources and applying internal standards.
- Track listings for product changes, pricing, promotions, reviews, and errors across Amazon, Walmart, and other key sales channels to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimal visibility.
- Manage and enhance product listings — including content, SEO keywords, variations, and attributes — across Home Depot, Wayfair, Lowe’s, and additional marketplaces, ensuring alignment with platform policies, category guidelines, and brand standards.
- Use Excel (VLOOKUPs, formulas, tables) to analyze performance data and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to clarify data needs, report findings, and ensure information is consistent across systems.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce operations, online marketplace management, brand management, or data-focused roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
