About the role
- Advising our clients on their strategic direction in the fields of RPA/IPA
- Executing and leading projects
- Process work (analysis, evaluation, requirements management, re-engineering, testing, implementation)
- Rollback support and updates for our digital portfolio
- Improving our own performance and ways of working
Requirements
- Degree in (business) computer science, business administration/economics, or a comparable degree with strong IT affinity, or alternatively vocational training in IT (Fachinformatik)
- Knowledge in RPA, AI, and chatbots
- 3 years of relevant professional experience, e.g., IT consulting, development (internal/external) or internal organizational roles
- Outgoing and confident interpersonal manner
- Agile, solution-oriented and independent working style
- Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Experience with vendors such as UiPath, n8n, and Power Automate is desirable but not required
